Service Description

Care centre appointments Bethesda is taking a cautious approach with the significant number of positive cases in the community and will review this daily. At the heart of this decision is the safety of our residents, team members, and visitors. To make it easier for you to visit our care centre, you can make an online appointment. Points to note: • All request for visits must be prebooked • Appointments are limited to 30 minutes per visit for family only • No more than 2 visitors per resident per visit • Visits must take place in the designated area • Unvaccinated visitors will have to provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 test Upon arrival, you will have to have a RAT test and scan the QR code on the COVID tracer app. Present your Vaccination Pass and photo ID, if required. You will be asked to complete a Covid-19 health declaration, which includes a temperature check and some questions to assist with risk assessment and contact tracing. All visitors are required to wear a mask inside the village and in all areas. If you have not received a Covid-19 vaccination, we will organise an alternative area for your visit, this is for risk management purposes only. After recovering from COVID, or ending an isolation period, please remain away from the care centre for at least 10 days and be symptom-free for 72 hours (not the minimum 7 days), to ensure there is no risk of COVID transmission.
