Our Vision
Bethesda Village takes its name from the biblical Bethesda Pool, the site of one of Jesus’ miracles, known for its healing powers. We want our village to be a place of healing, peace, and fulfilment for our residents.
Christian Values
Bethesda offers a comfortable, secure lifestyle with a difference. With strong connections to the Seventh-day Adventist church, we’re a not-for-profit organisation with Christianity at our core. In everything we do, we follow the example set by our saviour, Jesus Christ – valuing care, compassion, and dignity for our residents above all else.
Our Village
We’re a smaller, boutique village, but we still offer a range of accommodation options – including individual rooms, serviced apartments, and larger, freestanding villas.
On-site services include a hospital, community centre, and meal delivery, and we also have regular visits from hairdressers, physios, and other professionals.
Bethesda is near the newly renovated Manukau City Mall. Residents have easy access to shops, restaurants, a cinema complex, and the Pacific Events Centre. It’s also close to public transport lines, making it surprisingly convenient for visitors from Central Auckland
Our Team
The Bethesda team is dedicated and friendly. They make sure the life of the village runs smoothly, help with daily tasks or medical needs as required, and provide companionship to our residents.
