Visiting the Bethesda Care Centre
Welcome to Bethesda
To protect our residents, visitors must not enter if unwell. If you have symptoms of illness, please stay home and contact your GP or Healthline on 0800 358 5453.
All visitors are expected to comply with reasonable Bethesda (PCBU) requests under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
Official visiting hours:
10:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Sunday
By entering the site, you confirm that:

You are well and do not have symptoms of infection (e.g. cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath, gastrointestinal illness, or other new or unusual symptoms).
Visitor requirements:

Surgical masks may be required during your visit, including during outbreaks or where directed by Bethesda staff, unless you have a medical exemption.

Your contact details and the person visited will be recorded.

All adult visitors must sign in using the Bethesda Visitor Management System.

Children must be supervised at all times and cannot be left unattended.

You must follow all staff and management directions while on site.
